The staff was cute. every member of the team ensured i had what i needed. i especially enjoyed the spa facilities. They were perfect for relaxation. i also found the gardens fine, with a beautiful entrance.
The wifi was poor. It often disconnected, and there were large areas without sustainable wifi. i wanted to stream a workout at the gym but could not because of it.

Breakfast was excellent and served promptly from the menu. i enjoyed the emerald room tasting menu. It was delicious, as was breakfast. the food was AMAZING!!! the keepers restaurant offers a more relaxed dining experience.

The staff were attentive to our needs throughout my stay. julie and becca on reception were very pleasant and helpful. desmond was an absolute star and helped with our bags. He showed us to our room.

The spa and gymnasium were first class and offered a tranquil experience. i used the pool and found it lovely. It enhanced my relaxation. the gym had plenty of equipment, which supported an effective workout. the grounds were beautiful!!!

The staff was very helpful and professional! breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. the room was fabulous. I loved the facilities. i attended a wedding, and the experience from beginning to end was amazing.
i noticed a significant decline in standards . cleanliness was a concern because the en-suite bathroom was disappointing. common areas showed signs of neglect. high-touch points were dirty, and the lift was covered in fingerprints.

The public areas were beautiful and the rooms offered luxurious accommodations.
Upon arrival, there was nobody at reception. I had to find someone in the Great Hall. It seemed odd the receptionist also helped with luggage. The hotel seemed understaffed and unable to handle a wedding and other guests simultaneously. I felt disappointed.

my room was recently refurbished and had a massive, comfortable bed. the bathroom was very good too. there were nice treats in the room, including fresh milk and a tea and coffee machine.
the communal cloakrooms were not clean and smelled bad. i feel that this issue needs immediate attention. it slightly marred the overall experience.

i enjoyed lunch at cloisters and the food was amazing!!! the restaurant had a formal section and another area near the bar. the bar area was well-appointed with a good selection of drinks.
